        4.15pm on wed 20 jul 22 and their website isn't functioning for placing orders, despite a message saying it "opens again on 20/7 for orders for next week". This is the 2nd time I've attempted to use their service in the last year. Their website encourages you to "register your details so you can really see how our website works" which I did, but I still couldn't order anything or see anything different on the site to when I wasn't registered. I used their website contact form to send a message asking for help with the website issues, which then bounced saying "domain has exceeded the max defers and failures per hour" and my message was "discarded"! Harvest2Home don't publish any other way to contact them. I do try to support small businesses, but with this many hurdles & problems, this one makes it impossible for me.

        I have been receiving organic produce from Harvest 2 Home for many years and so appreciate the service this friendly family owned business offers. The ability to customize boxes is fantastic and they have always been very helpful with any queries/preferences etc. They make eating healthy so much easier and more affordable!

        I ordered the standard box which costs me nearly $50 but the quality of the veg was very poor. If no spray on veg means holes and not fresh then I would rather you show me the picture before I place my order.
