When the insurance company sends an email saying "I've auto renewed your insurance, so you have continious cover". Without asking me. It's time to move on. Especially when the insurance is $1000 more than last year. The insurance company has no clue of any of your personal circumstances, what's happening with the car, it's age or what would be the best choices of cover. I'm not sure what planet making decisions without me, you think is professional? Setting an auto renewal without my permission benefits you. This seems to be the world we live in.

VERY POOR SERVICE, MY CAR HAS BEEN SITTING AT THE PANEL BEATERS FOR OVER THREE WEEKS AND THEY STILL HAVENT GOT BACK TO THE PANEL BEATERS VERY POOR SERVICE WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THESE GUYS
