Worst company to deal with. They over charge. Takes month or 2 to get connected (which you likely will be billed for). Invoicing and billing is a mess. Staff are unhelpful and everything seems like it's staged to cost you more money (you can only use our modems which cost 100). I had a near $300 bill and didn't have internet yet. Run

If i could give a 0/5* I really would. The Longest call line, I have waited 2hrs & 45mins, most days 50+mins. Charges are all over the place very poor communication except for 1x worker I vouch for. Generally they rush to get you off the phone poor customer service, the help/assistance I recieve is never clear enough, and alot off main informational info is missed... Over charged. Most importantly the worse broadband company I have ever had. When I make enough I'll be moving off to another broadband connection. Forget this compass!!! Also help online (6hrs) for reply is a joke.

Wouldn't recommend. Took a while to get set up. Had random fees deducted and nobody can tell me what they were for. Have not had any response to any written communication - have had verbal conversations but super hard to get anything in writing. Also had someone try to rip me off after only being connected for less than 12 hours. Was told my mesh wifi router would not be compatible and that I would need to have one sent by them ($100) and that I would need to upgrade to a more expensive plan.

Been on hold pretty much for 2 days, I rang first thing this morning and still on hold now. I also emailed them yesterday with no response, been with them for four years now but the customer service as of recently has became terrible.
