Excellent accommodation with helpful staff Close to campus, refurbished and looks clean and nice.

The experience I had at the waterview apartment was horrifying. The heater was not working and I was offered a little fan heater to heat a 1bedroom apatment. The horrifying bit was that there were rats running around and the bench top was full of rat poop. When we finally managed to find someone ( who were students living there) all they had to say was the manager was away and they would sort it next day. This time we had another new guy show up who said the cleaners dont work the weekend and the Manager was busy in a meeting and they would process a refund.The excuses went on and it was time for me to leave. As a added bonus loud music all theough the night . And the best bit when I called the Manager called Barbara on Tuesday she said she was away and did not even bother to apologise. Shocking service, untidy rooms.Never going back again. Will surely lay a complaint with the council.

Very bad experience Rooms are with very poor sound insulation. It is really annoying when people in next room play loud music without a headphone during middle of the night. Also part of the bond was deducted Reception is often unstaffed during working hours. The only good thing is that the building is refurbished and looks quite nice .
