Just booked last minute app for my son who is in pain from wriggly tooth and phone receptionist was excellent. Even juggled things around for all my children to be seen asap. Great service, thank you!

I watched them pull my daughters tooth out, and the one beside it was also coming out, now she is having extreme problems with that same tooth and have been leaving messages for an appointment for months, because no one picks up the phone! I can't imagine how other parents react!

Well. Always have to call them to do check up on my child never answer the phone never in the reception anyone and they never do their part like other health clinical and book you in or communicate. Always they hide in the back and talks only. So rude receptions. Had appointment for my child and it was run went there and looking for them for half an hour and then someone noticed me then sent the reception lady which she didnt bother to apologize or say a word. This place need to be audits and change as made full formal complaint to the ministry.
