Gabriel Medical Practice

After Dr.Gabriel this place has become nightmare. Not only single staff are happy and helpful. Dr. Is great but dealing with staffs is a pain.

Such shxt service . Receptionist is rude . Better off signing up somewhere else TBH . 20+ years with Dr Gabriel this never happened . No wait times , no appointments needed , walk ins allowed , never a 3-4 day wait to see anyone . Reading the reviews and im glad im not the only person who finds these new guys a$$holes . Never experienced a medical centre with rude staff like these guys . Nurse Sue is probably the only nice person here ! Lets see how long it takes for a call back from this practice zzzz Finally got a call back . Appointment at 9:30am today guys . Viv needs lessons on her Customer Service Skills . Tryna tell me "NoT tO bE naStYy" on my review ? Im not even sorry that ive put up my review cause YOU VIV just proved my point about being rude ! Dec 2021 is the last time i went in to see Dr Gabriel or any Dr . Lets see how good this new Dr is . So yesterday 23.11.2022 I called to see if there were any available appointments . The person I spoke with wasnt able to check as their system was down and said she would call me back , which she did . I was told 4pm appointment n asked if we could go in . About 12pm I rang to see if i could get a phone appointment instead as there was noone to take my daughter in and I was working , that was okay . Because im working from home I told my boss id be off work for my daughters appointment at 4pm . So , i waited . 4:15pm no call . 4:30pm still no call . 4:42pm i call just to be told "hes running late n will call soon" . 5pm no call . By this time im working cause thats 1hour already gone . 5:13pm i miss the call . 5:14pm I call back and the answering machine says "afterhours" . You wasted 1hour of my time being off work which I couldve been paid for . My daughters still sick and your useless practice hasnt been any help ! My previous post was from 2 months ago ! Thought maybe after most of the shxt reviews youre getting SOMETHING mightve changed ! Still useless I see . Oh wait , receptionist i spoke with was better than Viv

Worst clinic ever, been going there since Dr Gabriel was there, himself and his staff were super lovely and kind and helpful, the new people has a major attitude problem(especially the receptionist). They wanted to charge me again for a medical certificate. The receptionist didnt want to let me have any contact with the doctor without paying. Im moving to another clinic. hope these people run out of business and shut down.
