Fantastic service, everyone is very polite and Dr Xu takes a real interest in my health. Would highly recommend.

We usually have to wait for one and half an hour there. I was shocked Dr Shirley liked to reading news online, even browsed the tweets of Donald Trump during my visit everytime, which is the mainly reason the efficiency is so slow. She is wasting our precious time. The doctor is irresponsible and not recommended, cuz she cannot cure the eczema in my fingers in the last whole year. The worst experience is my last time visit. I took my son for his 3 months vaccines and got there in time. People came late bc they knew they would wait for quite a long time as the time of appointment, but all of them still had the priority. I had waited for 90 mins, in which my baby slept and was awake, then bursted to cry, obviously he was hungry and cannot wait so long. I asked her is it possible to take my baby to nurse for the vaccine, then she responded:"you have to wait. If you don't like our service, Just enroll in another one." She is not only not professional, but also rude and disrespect.

Always a bad experience. Front desk lady and doctor are both rude. Always not on time with the appointment as well, around 1-2 hours late in average and when u finally see the doctor she gives u bad attitude. Highly not recommend.
