If anyone is going here through WINZ or overseas don't even waste your time here. These Asian guys are only there to get top dollar out of you. It's degrading as a human to stay there dirty everywhere inside, every room has this same dirty stench. All toilet shower and kitchen facilities are dirty. People there are rough. Rent is over priced. Roughly around $330 well for a super small box to sleep in. Anyone deciding to go here big mistake. Help me help you make the right choice and go somewhere affordable and don't go here as it's just horrible there corrupt out to get your money business with a dodgy contact, remember these Asian guys think they are smart, but from my experience there, I will make it my duty to save someone from making a terrible mistake.
