My fianc and I had the greatest experience in choosing our engagement rings from here! We were on a deadline and no one could custom make the rings we were both after or fit our budget We tried our luck by visiting the Mount Roskill Sona Sansaar store and honestly it was the best decision we had made!! We were assisted by Vishal who made our rings come to real life. He had great product knowledge with a keen sense of knowing our taste! Him and the staff went above and beyond to get us our ring as little as 14 days. I was sent photos in between the making and they made sure I knew what was happening! It was so exciting being involved in the whole process! Overall, all the staff are knowledgeable, polite, professional and simply wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend Vishal and cant thank him enough for this help and service! Thank you for making us the perfect ring, we received so many compliments & we couldnt be happier. We will be back!
