IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, GIVE THESE GUYS A CALL! .....Terrible Service...... I purchased a voucher on Treatme for "4 hours garden services', to take some of the stress away from moving house. I would have thought this '4 Hours' would cover both the front and back lawn, plus sorting out a few weeds around the place - easy! What this $150 dollar voucher actually covered, was mowing the front lawn.. Apparently that was 4 man hours, which would usually take me 20 minutes?! Yes, granted they hadn't been done in 3 months, however it shouldn't really make a difference in time, given that it didn't need the catch on it. So although I didn't ask for the grass to be caught in the first place, it was then dumped in a bin I had arranged for household waste - not garden waste without even asking. When I called to ask what was going on here, Pika was rude and told me they would not come back and that he thought it was fair. Absolutely appalling.
