This is the first gas station in years I have had to go in to prepay meaning I had to go in a second time to get a refund for the excess I paid, waste of time, also rude customer service

Today went to fill my car tank guy was very rude maybe bcoz he was busy on his personal phone continuously.. no customer service man if you dont like your job find another one but dont be rude to customers show some respect to your profession as well as community.. Shame on you how you treated a girl who was respectful to you

Customer service from the large cashier guy was quite awful, no greeting or smile, simply an annoyed, deadpan face. First time at a Gull, so when I read pump on pre-pay I went into pay first, yet was stared at for at least 5 secs before he made out Im stupid for not knowing to just fill up first. What does pump on pre-pay mean then? Can Gulls cashiers smile and greet someone? I noticed he did the same with the two other customers before me. Only came for the 15c discount day, yet it was $2.39 and the local Pakn Save still has cheaper fuel at $2.36, so that was a big disappointment. I regret ever coming here; if Ive no other option, I will now go out of my way to avoid a Gull.

Stay away from this station. Lying rude staff who should undertake training. Nothing but ripoff people. Go domewhere else
