        Redirected my package to this post shop as it was close to me and online says closes 5pm on Saturday. Went at 415 and they were closed. Signs on door said 5pm also. A security guard told me it closes at 2pm. Would be good to update all your opening hours

        Staff went over and above to ensure my parcel arrived on time. Through a couple of teething issues with new staff and some other delays unlinked to the post shop in general, my parcel was destined to arrive late for Christmas. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was upgraded to a courier service and I thank them very much for their help!

        Impressed with customer service and help I got to send an international package. Usually, other NZ post shops are stingy with providing a little bit of tape or to borrow their pen, forcing you to purchase one. But they were more than happy for me to use theirs. Pleasant experience overall.
