        Went to collect our son's (10 year old's) mail from the collection centre, dominion road this afternoon around 3pm. Encountered extremely rude customer service from this customer service lady despite us providing the ID and tracking collection card.

        Nz post is funny: when not enough parcels they close branches. When lots of parcels they cant deliver and they close branches. It is ok to put Chinese on the parking info, I think you should put Te Reo Maori too
