NZ Post Centre Mt Roskill South

The worst experience in my life. I wanted to drop off a parcel at this branch but when I came there a lady who works there started to refuse to take it saying that she couldn't take it as the courier wouldn't pick it up on the same day. It's kinda weird reason not to take a parcel if you are a post centre. I started to insist to take it and she finally took it and said that she doesn't take any responsibility for that! I couldn't believe that someone would tell me that at the post office!! So in the end I left it there in the dropbox and what do you think, the parcel was lost!! Now I have to make a claim to get compensation, collect all the receipts, make a refund to a buyer who I posted my parcel etc. According to the previous reviews, this lady is a rude and irresponsible worker and I don't recommend anyone to use any service of this branch.

Someone who responsible should pay attention on this place . Don't go there , save yr time and go to somewhere else.

Your only getting 1 star so I can post a review. You don't deserve even 1. Fix your website so people don't waste their time traveling to your filthy store that doesn't even operate as a postshop on weekends. Clean up your act and your shop.

Says they are open on Sundays on google , sign is even out in the street. But I discovered they arent after driving there today. Grrr.

These people are completely useless! The PO Box lobby is un-manned and my package remained at there for TWO MONTHS as they provided no option to collect the package on site, and totally ignored a redirection request. Furthermore they remained uncontactable by NZpost staff trying to resolve this issue. Only by luck was I able to retrieve my package as the lobby was being serviced in a chance meeting. This branch is not functional.
