sat in had a medium roast pork, this was amazing with lots of roast veg, pretty good service...one thing about the floor whatever they use to clean it with can be slippery especially on a rainy day, overall all gd Parking: not bad limited parking

I have been a loyal customer for many many years. I have a loyalty card, with every 10 meals purchased,you get 1 small meal free. Which means if you spend at least $200, you get a $10 meal free. I moved away and haven't been able to go recently. I went tonight to buy 2 meals, which will fill up my card, and I can get a free small meal. My card already has 18 purchased meals on it. The owner refused to honour this voucher. Apparently they are new owners since the past 3 months, and they are refusing to honour the previous owner's loyalty cards. Really?! They are choosing to lose a loyal and regular customer, instead of honouring a free $10 meal? She offered free crackling. That's about $2, which means she is prepared to lose a good customer, who consistently spends over $200, over $8. Pathetic really! I won't ever spend a cent in that place again.
