I have been amazed by the results after taking 8 weeks fitness challenge. Namarata is a real motivator. Her guidance has helped me in losing weight and gain confidence. I lost 5 kgs during the journey. There is a saying, "There is no gain without any pain." This works perfectly for me. But it also left me with a big smile on my face. I have just completed my 8 week journey with Namrata and it is fair to say that it has been a life changing transformation. For the first time in my life someone has been able to help guide me through such a programme. Namrata creates a comfortable environment for everyone to train in. The sessions are fun and Namrata is very attentive and gives great feedback! Words are not enough for me to describe how good Namrata is. She is an Angel . I had a series of surgeries and I have just came back from one of major surgery. Through out my recovery period she kept in touch with me and kept on motivating me. Even our friends or families wouldnt do that. She is simply the best. To me she is not only my fitness trainer but my friend. She has changed my life completely. Thank you Namrata for everything
