This was the worst retail experience I have ever had. The top model screen protector they sell bubbled when the staff applied this and went onto crease and peeled within days. They are selling for $40 what you can purchase online for $15. This is overpriced. I returned today requesting a refund. Their customer service was aggressive, defensive and it was only after I looked into nz consumer rights that they agreed to a refund however I am yet to receive this. One star poor product and poor service.

This is a great store for purchasing fragrances. I ordered three bottles of fragrance online. They are without a doubt authentic however Gadgets Online prices are not as good as other discounters such as Chemist Warehouse and don't match cheaper prices meaning that you have to pay more if stock at other discounters has depleted. Unfortunately despite the fragrances being authentic they did not last as long as they did when I purchased them from other stores. I am not sure if this is just due to a bad reformulation or the way Gadgets Online stores or transports their fragrances
