Amazing service and actually pays massive attention to the smaller details. I've used some of the larger property management agencies in the past and I just felt like a number, with Carlos and Lifestyle property management, I actually got the care and attention I deserved. Also during COVID things were so up in the air, but Carlos was cool, calm and collected and managed to sort everything. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This may be a smaller property management company but so far the best Ive dealt with. Been with them for the last year; they are an efficient and honest bunch of people who get the job done without charging you a fortune. Ive been with many property managers from So-called big companies including Harcourts and Professionals... had tenants that were credit checked by these companies. I ended up having one tenant owing me 8 weeks rent and having to go to district court myself to resolve this; and another tenant painting glitter on my walls and being told this was normal wear and tear and when the tenant moved out they did not withhold any bond. I was so angry that I was paying for a gold star service at a higher % commission but receiving poor quality management from big companies who only want to earn money off you and keep the tenants to keep the income rolling in. So smaller companies may be the way to go... would definitely recommend lifestyle property management.
