My friends mum was doing last minute shopping .. looking for a predominantly white attire- as that was the dress code. These guys were just showing ANY white attire they could see .. trying to force it down our throats . We respectfully declined as we didnt like the designs, so they proceeded onto showing us other colours despite us stating that the dress code is WHITE with a hint of colour ..numerous times . The lady rudely says so if you cant find a white attire, what do you do instead? You dont go to the function? Why did they decide on a white attire. I mean how are we supposed to know why they decided on a white attire .. everyone these days has themes for their events .. but because they couldnt sell us just anything off the shelf .. they were getting frustrated and began berating the dress code .. worst customer service Ive ever seen in the history of Papatoetoe .. absolutely forceful and mean . If youd like to get pressured into buying something youd go home and regret .. this place is for you.

First of all you should know that I am typing this with my middle finger. Secondly teach that old hag Grimhilde lookalike some customer service!! Shame on you for talking so appallingly about your customers assuming they dont understand hindi. How stupid did you feel when your comments were responded to in Hindi? The look of shock on your face was so satisfying. Next timeas your husband said on the day learn to keep your big mouth shut. Learn from this incident acha. Yours sincerely, Jungli :)
