        Monday 17 April 2023. Popped into Tile Warehouse Penrose this morning and had same 5 star experience with sales staff displaying knowledge and expertise to help me out. Great value tiles and selection. Loaded up the car with purchases and left with a smile and mightly impressed. 2021. Fantastic service and great range of product. I had to purchase extra tiles from a discontinued product line. May (the salesperson) was awesome and sourced exactly what I needed from both Penrose and Wairau Park outlets. An exceptional customer experience..thank you!

        We ran out of tiles partway through the job and had to purchase and pick up the same batch that day. Orakei branch organized it and sent me off to Penrose pick it up. Dealt with Zac at Penrose and received excellent professional service.
