I saw the low google review rate after purchasing our sofa at CR Newmarket and since then I started worrying about my delivery and went to store a couple of times to confirm my order and expected delivery date. The store manager told us dont worry about the review comments and it will be delivered on time. So I waited to see if anything I worried about would happen but it turned out our furniture arrived on time just as promised with excellent delivery services I wasnt expected to receive in NZ. I am 100% satisfied with my new sofa and it fits perfectly in our living room. Now I can finally call it my sweet home. Overall, I had a wonderful experience shopping at CR and would definitely come back again should I need any high-end furnitures. Plus the coffee at the store is awesome.

I have now purchased furniture items on five different occasions, the last three from Katie at Newmarket. Her knowledge of the products and her service are outstanding. I am very happy with my purchases and would highly recommend Katie and the company. I just wish the delivery time wasn't quite so long, but the furniture did come within the time frame specified.

I have been calling and emailing them for near a week but never got any reply except for someone will call you in 24-48hours.

Great experience at CR. Ordered dining table & chairs. Kept informed throughout shipping process. Katie was my sales person. Wonderful and friendly lady who couldnt help enough and gave great advice during my selection process.
