Supercheap Auto Wairau Park

Its SUPER CHEAP in produce quality and support. Got a wheelbarrow which was sold in flat pack. It took me 2 hours to assemble it. But I realised that I cannot use it in my backyard as the front wheel guard is too low so it touches the ground. Next day, I brought it back to the shop to return it. One of the staff members asked the manager to come to give a second opinion. When he came, he was grumpy and did not help at all. The guy then told me that they are busy and cannot disassemble the unit. So I had to disassemble it myself in front of the staff walking around without offering a hand. It was so disappointing.

Have been in recently a couple times and the girl I spoke to I think her name was tonka or tonya? Appalling attitude and felt rushed out of a service which I was paying good money for product. My husband frequently comes in store and has also noticed the young staff to be quite rude

Bought the item few months ago. But I cannot pick it up that because of the shop got flooded and closed. Emailed to ask for help before and got responded said will contact me to relocated to other pick up shop or update me for the pickup time. But still no any news after that for months.
