    Website says 3pm but note on wall says 1pm. Makes it difficult to know when to pick up bought goods. Ill try another day. Thks

    Staff's just wonderful. They are experts when it comes to buggies and they'll check your buggy when you bring yours in. They even pumped my wheels and did some screwing. I can feel my buggie's much more sturdier and Ill be coming back! Thanks again!

    If your product has a fault from day 1 or even down the line, it would be safer to buy from a reputable company that will follow through after sales obligations, not just for the sake of company sales reputation but for general courtesy and ethic. (27th Jul) I Purchased a car seat from Kiwi Baby because it was $20 cheaper than Farmers, but when it arrived I found a small part had been damaged and (30th Jul) I emailed them with photos the same day I received it, Julia Chambers from Kiwi Baby responded said it wont affect operation but will Remedy. Had many replies about a promise to remedy with her contacting wholesaler from Aug through Nov, now currently no response. . . This is just my experience, I hope this feedback will prompt them to be more responsible and ethical customer responsibilities after you have made the sale.
