        Not accomodating. Tried to call them to set up for an appointment, we couldnt agree to set a date on my first attempt to book an appointment as they were busy. I tried to call 2 days later, and the lady that I spoke with suddenly was dead silent after asking if I could book an appointment. I tried calling again, and it was showing on my phone "line busy". I tried calling a couple of hours later, the same thing. She blocked my number. I wasn't even rude or anything. I was merely inquiring. I'm so disappointed.

        First time customer and absolutely loved the final result. Thomas was really lovely and he had a great sense of humor, he really understood what I wanted and I felt comfortable. I hadn't had a haircut in 10 years and my hair was driving me crazy . Will definitely return to Wairau Hair Design again!
