The Bed Shop

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Literally paid for a product, a minute later I realised the product I bought wouldnt fit in apartment. Before even touching the product asked for a refund, The shop owner refused to give the refund and was so rude, the product was still on the shelf not moved. In the end had to pay an extra $60 for a service fee to get the remaining money back. $60 down the drain for nothing. Its the attitude and absolutely no negotiation for me that makes me angry. Different story if I had left the shop or took the product home. Such a rude owner

The whole customer service was good but when I asked them if they accept Amex and the lady was like They don't but she can try if we don't have another mode of payment - customers are not to play games with. You either accept a form of payment or you don't, they lost my custom right there. I purchased the same bed frame from the westgate branch and they did not have any problems accepting Amex and were fairly straight forward in telling me over the phone that they do accept it.

The quality of beds here is very bad. Owner is very rude. Avoid at all cost.
