She was very friendly, patient and proactive haven understood needs of our startup small business. Libby did her tricks and I got set up and got my eftpos in 4 working days. Rang this after noon as am having issues with my Eftpos Machine.i got the most unhelpful man on the other side. He had no way of dealing with issues, sounded like he just got out of bed and my Eftops problems agitated him. He was of no help. Just a angry uninterested man ....needs alot of TRAINNING .

Very rarely do you get a company promise you something and then deliver. From the start they have helped my business every step of the way. Most times they are all over you to get your business, then once you sign up you never hear from them. Not this wonderful company, staff are always polite, professional and friendly Today, I'm finding it harder and harder to find companies who deliver excellent service, so well done to everyone on the team. Keep up the good work and take care of yourselves.
