        Worst customer service I've ever experienced in a while. Steven, the manager, came off quite rude and I thought, well he could just be having a bad day today. However, when I first came to pick up the car, he was unfriendly as well. Seems like he doesn't like interacting with people--that I was inconveniencing him by being there. When I first arrived, he clearly saw me but continued to wash one of the cars. Then when he entered the Reception, there was no greeting. Just a gruff, 'Returning the car?" Afterwards, while inspecting the vehicle, he tried to ask questions while I was talking to AA on the phone. I got off the call as soon as I could and apologised to him. He then proceeded to tell me that I was being rude not answering his questions immediately. If he wanted my attention, he could have just let me know he needs to ask me some questions. The younger guy with curly hair provided lovely customer service though.

        Been downgraded to a smaller car without any explanation or refund, get charged $100 because they believed there was an animal in the car, no evidence provided.
