Spine Evolution

I have been seeing Jan for entrainment sessions on and off for nearly 10 years now, and whilst I don't fully understand the magic of what she does, I trust her and I trust the process, and all I can say is that my back and my mind both feel more at ease when I see her regularly. Jan has also been seeing my 3 school age children through the Covid years and I have no doubt this has helped build their core resilience in uncertain times. Would highly recommend Jan as a true healer.

It was a delight from start to finish being with Jan as she helped me get more in touch with my body. I am reasonably fit, strong and flexible, but the opportunity to tune things and enjoy some relaxing me-time on the table was delicious. I will be recommending Courageous Being to anyone I know who needs their body to cooperate a little better with the demands that life puts on us.

As many others have said, its hard to put into words what Jan does, so it feels a little magical. However the results arent magic, they are real. Ive been seeing Jan for a while now (years) and always come away feeling relaxed, more mobile and definitely more connected with myself (and the world). The physical help is great, but together with the emotional support and integration of both, Jan really provides a very special service that Ive not seen or experienced anywhere else.

I found this business from meeting Jan and asking what she does for a profession, I was in a place where my body was out of balance in so many different ways and been through so much trauma, I decided to give it a shot, as I have tried so many different options in the past and nothing as eased the pain or feelings I had. The person I am today from the help of Jan at Courageous Being has grown me in so many different levels and helped with my injures and mind set. She is always open to help you out with the most beautiful nature and care, the the smallest touches and movements she applies to you. I have recommend her to a few close friends who also believe in your work she offers. The environment and music as a lovely touch to the practice to make you feel welcome with the a friendly smile as you walk into the door each time.

Amazing practice - I still dont understand how network spinal analysis works and may never know but I dont need to question it, I can feel a difference with the results. I tried conventional chiro for many years but felt like it didnt treat the underlying cause of tension in my neck and back. Would recommend to anyone looking for a gentle but effective support for the nervous system and spinal health.
