        Ordered an item which said it was in stock, wasn't in stock, was offered an alternative or refund. Requested refund. Elive director personally arranged for an alternative to be sent free of charge to set things right and stated he will investigate and rectify what went wrong. Despite a mistake being made by Elive, I am very pleased to see this level of rectification and dedication to upholding standards.

        Weve purchased off Elive a couple of times now and Scott in sales is amazing! Very quick to respond and recently went above and beyond when we needed some additional stylus pens for our Samsung Flip. These arent sold separately but he organised replacements to be sent free of charge. Wow! I highly recommend this company!
