        I had a issues with my newly installed VT900 as I can't get it to fully function after carefully following the instructions and trouble shooting. I emailed their sales team and got a response from a friendly and knowledgeable Jenny Holmes. She resolved and fix the issue in a timely manner. Now that my tracker is working, I can definitely say it is the best in the market. Mongoose got the best after sales / customer service.
