I find these people very difficult and complicated to deal with. We installed glass pool fencing which was of ok (but not great) quality and have recently asked them to come and repair a fault in the self-closing gate. They asked me to pre-pay for their labour (almost $400) and now almost a month later they have not turned up to do the job. Ive chased them twice and they have now told me theyre too busy and they can refund me once Ive found someone else to do the job. In an industry where reference checks and referrals would seem to be important, these guys are missing the mark by a massive margin. Look elsewhere if you need this product / service.

Good quality, speed and responsiveness. Well priced. Liked working with Jeff. Purchased a shower set including installation. Time, price, quality, delivery and service were all great. Highly recommend.
