        As a lady in the upper end of her 50s I joined SCF a year and half ago. The staff and trainers are motivated , understanding and full of encouragement. The other gym members are a varied bunch of loveable humans who are kind, friendly and encouraging. Shane Cameron Fitness offers a safe, enthusiastic, happy environment for everyone and anyone to workout.
