Magic kitchen have produced the kitchen I wanted and to a high standard. There were a couple of issues upon installation that were addressed and corrected. Magic Kitchen were polite and professional and did all they could to ensure I got the kitchen I wanted. Obviously it is early days but I cant see any of the issues talked about in previous reviews and I cant imagine the business being anything other than helpful and courteous. I felt that they wanted me to be happy in my kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had our kitchen done in 2019. In less than a year some panels and doors were already swelling at the edges. I contacted the saleswoman we initially dealt with and she more or less refused to do anything about it even though there is a supposed 10 year warranty. The installer failed to seal around the floor properly and they must have done a poor job cutting the sheets and applying edging. The kickboard was also cracked where the installer went haywire with a screw. Some of the issues would have been very difficult to fix without starting from scratch, I even asked to just have them repair what could be fixed easily and I still was offered no assistance.

Fantastic service! We love our new kitchen! Recommended by a friend and they offered us a referral discount. They were so accommodating with us making decisions (and changing our mind), even upgraded us to better drawers for free. The owner made sure she came for the final measure so everything was perfect. Awesome quality products and sourced our extractor fan and sink for us too.
