I got Locksmart out to make a spare electronic Mazda6 car key. They were great to deal with. Very reasonably priced and able to come the next day. The technician Luke was professional and friendly and very efficient with his work. We will definitely use them again in future and would 100% recommend their services.

I contacted Locksmart to get a price for a broken key in my older type door lock, The lady in Whangaparaoa said a tradesman could come that same day to have a look. Luke was fantastic, he txt before he came, was bang on time, polite and professional and did a fantastic job by replacing the complete old lock and installing a nice modern safe door snip n lock. He explained the whys of safety and security to me. What an asset this young man is to your company. I would definitely recommend Locksmart and will use again if needed.

Paul has been great to deal with and fixed the issue very quickly. They have great warranty on their work incase something goes wrong. Highly recommend!!

I contacted LockSmart a couple of days ago to get door viewers installed into a fire rated door. Van did research into the appropriate hardware and method and came back to me quickly. They ordered the product and installed today. Luke, the installer was amazingly thorough and quick and very friendly and helpful. He knows his stuff. Both Van and Luke were fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend LockSmart without hesitation. I cant quite believe how helpful and efficient they have been.
