Definitly not a great customer experience with the click and collect service from Glenfield. They did not know what was on the order and insisted that the person picking up knew what was on the order ( whoop whoop 2 x units of oil) Then went on a total power trip with the whole pick up process in a unprofessional and abrasive manner We are trying to support local bussiness but don't have to put up with rude and abrasive people Looking for alternate suppliers

I dont think I will come back in the future. Definitely a terrible experience with them. Bought a surfcaster fishing rod there on the Saturday and went to beach fishing the next day. It is a 3 piece and 13ft long fishing rod .its easy to put them in but if you think you can take them down easily and you will be very wrong. Thats what I had experienced. My friends and me tried very hard to take it down and we failed.so I had to carried a 13ft long fishing all the way home. Today ( third day) I went back to shop for help. Its funny things to watch two big guys trying to take it down and failed like me doing before. After that they told me They cant replace or return it because theres a little crack and it cant be taken down. So I know the $300 fishing rod is becoming a one-off thing now .
