Sandra is amazing. She really pays careful attention to what is going on for you and effortlessly moves you closer towards wellness. She provides such a comfortable environment for her therapy and really is a true master at what she does. I personally have had fantastic results in just 3 sessions and can highly recommend her as a top quality practioner.

I first started going to Sandra for an Ayurvedic massage. She really is the best, gives an amazing massage. I would not see anyone else. Then for lower back pain I had a myofascial massage, which helped immensely. Lastly I also tried the craniosacral therapy. This was incredibly releasing, both emotionally and physically. A true professional. Highly recommend.
