        Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago for WOF check. Was advised it will take approx half an hour if I come in the morning at 8am. Came today at 8am. There only one worker with another apprentice. They moved my car to another shop at the back for WOF. I waited for 1 and half hours then was told it would take at least another 1 hour. It turned out the WOF check hasn't started yet. Spent nearly two hours with nothing done with them. Very bad experience: 1) poor customer services - bad attitude, invalid communications; 2) Unable to deliver promises; 3) No sitting place for customers in reception 4) Waste of my time :-( PS: The shop engaged with a door -knocking guy, visiting neighbours sweettalking sales of vouchers - with dodgy promises and misleading statements - untrustworthy! Don't buy them! Service: General repairs & maintenance
