Wow I pulled in to fill my car up on my way to work and ran into customer service issues. I drop in here once a month for convenience. Today it was clearly a new person on the counter. I pressed FILL on the pump only to look up at the male at the counter signing to me with his hand to say come in and prepay. I get it. You get petrol thieves but to be summoned in to the store like a peasant yeah, well that is a NO from me. Of course I got angry. This has never happened before. And how do I guess a FILL price? He was quite happy for me to go to Northcote BP and lose a sale. I even offered him my car keys so he knew I wouldnt do a runner. But nope NO care. No Customer Service skills at all. So off I drove to Northcote BP for trusted family service where they know me. Not going back to BP Onewa Road.

The petrol price is some kind of good, but the customer service is so bad. The female staff didn't even say one word during the whole payment process. It's rediculous.rediculous

The female attendant on the early morning shift today is unfriendly, unhelpful and cold. Not the sort of customer service you want to be presented with on the early morning drive to work
