Z - Sunnybrae - Service Station

I'm only giving a 5-star because of this sweet worker named Saby, she was so sweet and nice, she always sorted out the situation instead of saying "that will go up to management" I don't see her around anymore, maybe shes left the place but she was the best worker ever!! You should ask Saby to train your workers to be like her. Everyone should be like her.

My car has a right hand side tank. When I return the trailer I wanted to refuel with diesel. There are 4 pumps but 2 are unavailable with traffic cones. After I returned the trailer, the car at the pump still parked there and I asked the staff why the car park there because I looking for the pump at left hand side. The staff told me that was his car and parked there when he works. Not happy with this station and I will avoid this station for all.

The staff have no idea what they are doing and will blame their mistakes on the customer and make you feel at fault. Never coming here again

I've been coming to this service station for many years, but staff are very rude and will only say "take it up with management" if there's a problem. No apology for the pay online issue not working. Very disappointed.
