Not big improvement with physio. Cause the Junior physiology with non-experienced. Acupuncture was ok, Iris is a good one.

I had a disappointing experience at Physio Connect Northcote. I was recovering from a torn Achilles and was transferred to Ricky. Initially, things seemed fine, but then he cancelled an appointment with me, stating that he was unwell and would reschedule. I understood this and was okay with it. However, when I tried to reach out to reschedule after a week had passed, my messages were ignored. As someone who was recovering from an injury, this was incredibly frustrating. I was in pain and needed help to get back on my feet, and Ricky's lack of communication made the process even more challenging. It's one thing to have to cancel an appointment due to an illness, but it's another thing entirely to ignore messages from a patient who needs your help. Overall, I would not recommend Physio Connect Northcote, as my experience left a lot to be desired. I hope that they can improve their communication and customer service in the future.
