I attended Flexa Clinic 1-2x per week for 5 years. Never found any improvement in my chronic neck pain and migraines. I was never referred to anyone else and nothing different was ever tried or suggested. Prices are exorbitant, so guess I was just easy income. Have since self referred to a MSK and a different physio, and have received answers and treatment, all for a fraction of what I paid at Flexa. Would not recommend if you actually want your symptoms to improve.

I cant speak highly enough of Murray and the team at Flexa Clinic Physiotherapists. They are incredible! Their care, advice and professionalism is second to none. I will be forever grateful for Flexa Clinic for helping me literally get back on my feet.

Knowledgeable people but would certainly not recommend them, some of my experiences with them: 1- For my initial consultation, I used their online booking system and noticed there where physicians and sr. physicians, sr. being more expensive. My injury has been with me for too long so I booked a sr. physician. When I got there I found out I was reassigned to a standard physician, they didnt even bother to let me know that or explain me why this happened. Despite that, I had a good reference from them so I decided to give them a go. 2- I only managed to do three sessions with them before lockdown in august 2021 happened, so when I was able to go back to continue the treatment in 2022, I did. At this point my injury evolved and I learned new things from it, and I wanted to give it a try to dry needling, so when I made the booking (with the non sr. physician I got randomly assigned to on my first appointment) I added to the booking message my interest about dry needling. When I arrived to the appointment we had a catch up about the injury and how it is behaving nowadays. Once done with that, physician started running me through the excercices we were going to do that day and he did no mention of dry needling so when he was done explaining I asked if he got the message I put in the booking and he said "yeah, I saw it, but I dont do dry needling but maybe we can arrange that with another physician that started to work with us not long ago", I mean, if you dont do dry needling, is it too hard to ring me and let me know so we can sort it out before I drive all the way there and waste a session?
