        The staff member rude and very judgemental with cutting me off. Was told I wasn't qualified to get in then I was, then I was told I wasn't... after having to chase them up in 4 weeks. Sadly they couldn't own up to the mistake and said because it wasnt on the system it didn't happen. Very disappointed as I expected better from them especially them being around so long and the values they say they are...
