        Best Zumba experience I've ever had - the instructor is knowledgeable, clear and hilariously funny. I have always felt very welcome, right from my first lesson and the class caters to all ages and abilities.

        I have been going to Giz's classes for just over 3 years and they are the best! She effortlessly combines funny stories with great dance moves. Zumba is my favourite class but having the toning and cardio during the week gives you balanced exercising options. I feel like I have another family now - my Zumba family
