        Such a Rude receptionist. Called to ask their advice on expected repair and consumables costs for a new printer over time, expecting they would be best positioned to know maintenance costs over time, and was rudely shut down by receptionist not wanting to help or otherwise not get involved in listening to my questions. She Suggested Printer sales people would be better positioned to answer questions on longevity than a repair service. Really ? A salesperson not having a conflict of interest. ?
