        The job was delayed so many times by their contractors not turning up. This went on for an extended period during which communication was non-existent and my calls were not returned. On top of that, the work was substandard! The contractors had to return a number of times to bring the job up to an acceptable standard. Months later, this has only recently been achieved. Impossible to communicate with, and then because I refused to pay the account on time, because of their incompetence, the Director didn't like it! She expected payment ASAP after they mucked me around for 3 months!! Do NOT use Riteline.
