Just prior to the 2020 July School break, our School Security system developed terminal communication issues which left our School unable to have a response to any Fire or Security event. Quinton and ISS moved swiftly to upgrade our system and get us back online within a day which I thought because of the size of our School, number of areas and number of users, was unbelievable. The tech team solved all the technical issues that developed, and there were many, during the upgrade which I appreciated having now understood the high technical skill base that ISS had deployed to our site. Good options for cameras. I dealt with Matt Brown. I did not need a security system installed only cameras. I would have continued with the installation but I was Quoted over $5000 to install 5 cameras. I was also told that the cameras were $800 each And that the DVR was over $1000. Really ridiculous in my opinion.

I would like to advise that ISS Ltd provided me with quick and excellent service after having some issues with my alarm. The tech was dispatched and was there within less than 24 Hrs. The technician was helpful and sorted my problem out with no hassles. Thank you ISS Ltd. I will be sure to recommend you to others.
