Very poor service there. I was referred by my GP for the treatment. Only physio staff does attend me. OT S Khan was very poor. Does nothing. NO customer service from the receptionist as well. they always hang up phone after waiting for about 20 minutes.

The receptionist puts me on hold for 10 mins because I called to book an appointment with a referral. It's 2023 - sort yourselves out. UPDATE - Solely due to the actions of your receptionist, I went to Dr Anthony Chen instead and he was awesome.

I was sent there by ACC. Some of the staff there does nothing for me. They just gave pill to relief the pain. OT and doctor always cancel their appointment last minutes.

I was sent here by acc over a year ago after a bad accident at work, the only one who cared was melissa opperman the nurse and physio (the later did not physically see me) told me to get a steroid injection and basically it was all in my head. I have since had 2 tears in shoulder fixed and anterior cervical disc replacement and fusion on my neck. And have permanent nerve damage in arm and hand . Stay clear
