Absolutely terrible company to deal with., my issue is they are failing to communicate, I've been on chat 3 times waiting. Only manged once for someone to respond and they did not update delivery that should have been dispatched by now according to their website. When I asked her to cancel order she said yest she would. This has NOT been done. I've called on telephone twice once on hold for 45 minutes and 30 minutes the other time, I've also emailed twice and have had no response, as you could imagine I'm very upset by this lack of basic communication and no longer wish to deal with this company, I've asked numerous times to cancel and they have not honored this, clearly this is in breach of the Fai Trading Act.

Good value for money if half price. Have yous moved? Visited dressmark the other day and your store was replaced with another store.
