We bought a house which comes with a jet spa. Andy and his team has done amazing job to clean, service and set it to use. They have been so patiently answer our concerns and guide us to use. Fast delivery service with very reasonable price! I feel their goal is genuinely to help people who have spa to get the maximum enjoyment of it! My son has absolutely loved swimming in the warm jet spa after school everyday! Thank you!

Honestly the best experience of people who know their product inside out ,are experienced and completely reliable . Exceptional communication at all times.Prices too were reasonable and if they can fix before replacing they will try to help you.

Buying and installing the spa pool was a good experience. However, soon after one of the control dials began to rust and we contacted them to find a replacement. Two years later, with numerous follow ups, and we are still waiting for the part. I wouldnt say that post sales support is their greatest strength.
