        So disappointed. Purchased a dining table and no one in store (or instructions) informed us that it wasnt water resistant and that we had to put a protective wax on it. After a few weeks of owning it it looks terrible!! Having paid >1k for it, I would have expected some form of guidance, or at least for it to handle a small drop of water from a water glass. All contact with management etc has gone silent and Im being ignored. Terribly disappointing, and really poor service.

        Drove 30 mins to get to their distribution centre in Northcote. Arrived at 3.55 and was told they closed at 4. I stayed it was 3.55 and the guys said not by watch and closed the door on me.
